Delivery Information
About Delivery:
We offer countrywide door to door delivery via a courier service. Your delivery price is calculated once you have entered your physical address and postal code during the “Checkout” process. Bigger and heavier parcels may carry additional delivery fees depending on the weight and we will contact you if the order exceeds the normal delivery criteria before shipping your order.
We also offer countrywide delivery with the South African Post Office.
We have a flat fee of R75 for Postage countrywide. All parcels are sent with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries (Cape Town) – Overnight delivery Anywhere else in South Africa – Please allow for the maximum delivery time of 3-5 working days to be safe
*No deliveries take place over weekends or public holidays, weekdays only
We will do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, however, many of our products are subject to manufacturing lead times. Please allow for enough time for your order to be delivered to you according to the lead times stated on each product. Lead times on the products are excluding the delivery time. Please note that orders are only shipped once we have received proof of payment and delivery times commence after payment confirmation has been received by us.
We have two options available:
Door to door courier service – We delivery countrywide and cover almost all areas in South Africa. Delivery fees are based on your postal code. The delivery fees are as follows:
Major City Centres and Regional areas – R150 – 2-5 working days delivery. Please allow maximum delivery time for regional areas as the couriers don’t serve all routes daily.
Special trips – There are a few special trip areas that fall out of these main areas which have an additional charge and extra delivery time added. These prices may vary.
Please note that no deliveries will take place to Post Office boxes.
Post Office Deliveries take between 7 – 14 Days to be delivered.
Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by Postal Strikes.
Self Collection – This option is available to customers. Please be sure to arrange a collection time and day with us beforehand.
Once a parcel has been sent it is your responsibility as the client to track the parcel.
If packages have arrived damaged and broken. Please notify us immediatley with photographic proof of broken items and the packaging.
